These computer system laboratories will serve to lower spaces in access to devices and the Web by providing public computer system access for people with impairments, Marylanders without irreversible house (i.e. unhoused), veterans, and our incarcerated & returning people. The program provides grants of approximately $65,000 for approximately 100% for the creation, upgrade, and/or retrofit of computer system labs/centers throughout Maryland.

The funding source for the program is the American Rescue Strategy Act of 2021 and all federal guidelines required of the financing apply to the program. The Maryland Workplace of Statewide Broadband is making up to roughly $11.8 million offered through Link Maryland's Network Infrastructure Grant Program Round 2.
