These computer system labs will serve to minimize spaces in access to gadgets and the Internet by supplying public computer access for individuals with specials needs, Marylanders without permanent house (i.e. unhoused), veterans, and our incarcerated & returning citizens. The program offers grants of as much as $65,000 for up to 100% for the development, upgrade, and/or retrofit of computer labs/centers throughout Maryland.

The financing source for the program is the American Rescue Strategy Act of 2021 and all federal rules required of the financing use to the program. The Maryland Office of Statewide Broadband is making up to approximately $11.8 million offered through Link Maryland's Network Infrastructure Grant Program Round 2.
